Pre-Order Policy

All orders are made through pre-order and are grouped into four batches. Production for each batch begins one week after that batch's ordering window closes (rather than waiting for the entire website to close).

• Batch 1: Sep 19th – Sep 25th → Production starts Oct 2nd
• Batch 2: Sep 26th – Oct 2nd → Production starts Oct 9th
• Batch 3: Oct 3rd – Oct 9th → Production starts Oct 16th
• Batch 4: Oct 10th – Oct 16th → Production starts Oct 23rd

Please allow 3–4 weeks for production and processing, plus up to 1 week for shipping, once your batch's production start date has passed. Tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final, so please double check your order before completing your purchase.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, as they are responsible for any issues that occur during transit. We recommend taking photos of the damaged package and keeping your tracking number handy when reaching out to them.
