Shipping Policy – Ap3xApparel

At Ap3xApparel, every drop is intentional and produced in limited quantities. All items are sold as PRE-ORDER unless stated otherwise.

Pre-Order & Batch Timeline

Batch 1 (May 30 – June 13)

Orders placed between May 30th and June 13th will be included in Batch 1.

  • Production starts: June 15th

  • Production time: Please allow 3–4 weeks for production.

Batch 2 (June 15 – June 30)

Orders placed between June 15th and June 30th will be included in Batch 2.

  • Production starts: July 1st

  • Production time: Please allow 3–4 weeks for production.

The website officially closes on June 30th.

Shipping Timeline

After production is complete, please allow 1–3 weeks for shipping and delivery.

Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Important Pre-Order Agreement

All items are made to order.

Because items are produced specifically for each customer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once an order is placed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production and shipping timelines.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to the stated production and shipping timelines.

Any chargebacks or disputes initiated before the full production period (3–4 weeks) plus the shipping window (1–3 weeks) has passed for your assigned batch will be considered premature.

Premature disputes violate the agreed terms at checkout and may be contested accordingly.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Ap3xApparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
