Pre-Order Production Timeline

Shipping Timeline

After production is complete, please allow 1–3 weeks for shipping and delivery.

Important Pre-Order Agreement

Because items are produced specifically for each customer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once an order is placed.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree to the stated production and shipping timelines.

Any chargebacks or disputes initiated before the full 3–4 week production period plus 1–3 week shipping window has passed will be considered premature.

Premature disputes violate the agreed terms at checkout and may be contested accordingly.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Ap3xApparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
